WHEN IS PAYMENT EXPECTED?

Payment is expected upon delivery.  

DOES THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDE DELIVERY, SET UP, AND PICK UP?

Rental price includes set up but depending on the location of the event a delivery fee might be added.

DO YOU DO BOTH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR EVENTS? 

Yes. As long as you have the room

ARE THERE ANY BOOKING FEES OR CANCELLATION FEES?

A booking fee is not required, and all cancellations must be giving a 48 hour notice or a fee will be charged. 

IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN?

Yes, Equipment is checked and cleaned after each use. Are sanitation department does disinfedt and sanitize all equipment every monday.  We do ask that if you do make a mess on our equipment, that you clean it up as quickly as possible, if their is substantial mess, a cleaning charge may have to be taken.
